Mr. Rajan Thomas is an experienced entrepreneur with more than 29 years of industry
experience, particularly in design management and construction consultancy at an
international level. Over a period of time, he has played various roles, such as, Interface
coordination between Client & Contractors, Design Management and Construction
Supervision. Mr. Thomas holds sound technical knowledge and hands on experience with
International Consultants in Construction Industry on various High-End Recreational, Mixeduse/Residential/Commercial real estate Developments across Middle East and India.
His work-life started as a freelance architect in Trivandrum, India in 1992, where he would
make project proposals, do conceptual design based on client briefing, design development
and detailing and supervise the construction.
Thereafter, over the years he has worked with a host of numerous architectural and design
firms whereby he has gathered rich experience and expertise in the field such as design
development, construction detailing, preparation of Tender Drawings & Tender Specification,
liaison with municipal authorities and sub-consultants. Additionally, he developed expertise in
preparation of working details, coordinating with sub-consultants such as structural, electrical,
air-conditioning, plumbing, drainage, and manage design issues of the landscape of the
infrastructure package. He has also overseen supervision consultants’ responses to the RFI’s,
method statement and submittals, oversee implementation of design quality assurance
program, and design interfacing. Currently he is employed at Gulf Technical Services as a
construction design manager.
His vast executive, professional and entrepreneurial experiences ensure that he developed
the necessary tools, ability, experience and competency to create an interior design start-up.
Mr. Rajan has effective communication skills and proper team-leading capability with strong
analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities with strong decision-making skills. He
is also vastly experienced in managing operations and business development along with
supervising and training other executives through which he gained his leadership traits and
the deep ins and outs of starting a business.
Mr. Rajan’s vast knowledge will help him to assume the designation of C.E.O at Plutoplanet
Inc., which entails him contributing to marketing in a broader aspect. Additionally, his skills can

Mr Jobin Joseph is an experienced Finance executive with over 10 years of extensive
experience in the field of Finance and accounts.
He has gained vast experience by being part of the Finance team with various multi-national
organizations at different positions wherein he has been responsible for preparing cash-flow
statements including monthly and quarterly financial reports. He has also dealt and
represented his respective employers to the treasury and governenmental finance
department.
He is profoundly skilled in assessing Balance sheets, P&L statements, financial reports of
companies and equally well adept to explain the quantitative analysis and research findings
in layman terms to other non-finance executives. Mr. Joseph is proficient to maintain accurate
and comprehensive records of the financial and compliance activities as necessary to comply
with appropriate regulations.
He has started his career as an Accounts Payable at Golden Tulip Resorts & Spa in 2011
where he would be preparing payroll and reconciliation statements, handle cheques, manage
stocks and inventories and prepare reports. Thereafter, he worked as a Teller and Branch
executive at UAE Exchange centre LLC. for 4 years where his duties included exchanging
foreign currencies and tallying day end reports. Soon after seeing his dedication, rigorousness
and diligence, he was promoted as a supervisor in the same company where he was leading
a team and taking care of Fc fundings and dealing with foreign currencies.
Currently he is employed at the Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank as an associate payment from
2018 where he handles all queries related to FCY payments for the bank, handles SWIFT
transactions and incoming UAFTS payments from the central bank. With his thriving
knowledge of the finance industry and leadership skills, he will take charge as the CFO in
Plutoplanet Inc.

His experiences in various MNC’s, expertise in finance, work ethics and professionalism give

Mr. Jai Jerom is an experienced operational executive with huge experience in different
operational management domains. He has over 15+ years of experience at different roles with
various corporates at an international level. He is vastly experienced in managing stock and
supplies for operations, recommending measures to improve production, keeping a track on
time lines for deliverables and analysing and resolving issues amongst cross functional teams.
Mr. Jerom has played various roles in the sector of operation executive over a period of time,
and the majority of being client-facing. He is also extremely proficient in various technical skills
such as MySQL, MS Access, JIRA, HP ALM, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Adobe photoshop,
Adobe Illustrator, SAP S4/HANA and E-views. Moreover, he is proficient in creating and
managing the organization's fiscal operating and capital budget and expenses. Additionally
monitoring the operational performance of both internal and external service providers.
Mr. Jerom started his career with Pan Emirates Hotel in UAE as a guest relations executive
in 2007. Afterwards he shifted to New Fame Foods Ltd. UK, as an event coordinator. His
experience over here exposed him to the complex nature of running operations of a business,
and he enriched himself with the experience of leading and coordinating various teams and
managing operations. In 2014 he started his journey as an office assistant in Moraine Valley
Community College in Illinois, USA, where he organized student orientations throughout the
academic year. After this he transitioned into a Jr. QA tester in IT Excel LLC USA, where he
analyzed, identified, and documented areas for improvement in the quality system. During this
stint, Mr. Jerom was also involved with Abbot Laboratories USA, as a line lead where he
computed amounts of stock and supplies required for operations, based on production
schedules, and control the all-round operations of the storage facility.
At present Mr. Jerom’s dynamic and vast experience in leading operations management has
deemed him appropriate role of COO at Plutoplanet Inc. where he will focus on the
organization’s business operation and goal creation for the performance development of the
venture. In addition, his expertise will assist designing and implementing operational
strategies, plans, and procedures.

Mr. Satya P Sharma. is an experienced IT professional who has about 5 years of relevant
industry experience in the IT domain as a structural design & analysis engineer with
expertise in writing codes, developing PWA applications, working on design software and
designing and analysing building structures using high end software’s while also having
experience in software development. He is also extremely proficient in Angular, React,
JavaScript/Typescript, HTML, CSS.
The profound communication skills of Mr. Sharma have accelerated his efficiency in
managing large projects while working with people from diverse backgrounds. He has
effective communication skills, proper team-leading capability with strong analytical,
problem-solving, and organizational abilities with strong decision-making skill which he
attained through exposure to various multinational companies he has worked with.
The professional life of Mr. Sharma started in India as a structural design and analysis
engineer at B.E Billmoria & co. where he was involved with various projects in order to study
the drawings issued for construction in detail and identify if there is any mismatch between
drawings and specifications / BOQ description / carrying out construction and raise RFI to
project to get required details in time and also involved in finalizing structural design for
mass kitchen for Oberoi flight Kitchen in Andheri.
Thereafter, he joined NameInFramax in Mumbai in the same capacity and was responsible
for working on design software such as STAADpro v8, AutoCAD 2D,3D and also designing
& analysing building structures using STAAD pro. After this stint, he joined CreateX
Technologies Pvt.Ltd.as a full stack developing intern where he worked on frontend
development of projects in stealth mode using technologies such as HTML, CSS,
JavaScript, Jquery, Bootstrap libraries.
Currently he is involved at Knack Systems pvt. Ltd. as a band 1 software engineer and
responsible for SAP Commerce storefront - Spartacus – and has vast knowledge in
developing PWA applications using Angular CLI.
